All cancellations will be charged a $50 cancellation fee in addition to loss of a portion of the booking amount paid, as below:
- Cancellations made 10 days or less during the peak period of 25 December to 13 January, will lose 50% of the pre-paid tariff.
- Outside this time, cancellations less than 1 week (7 days) prior to date of stay, we retain 25%. However, this will not apply if we can re-book the cancelled dates, within the following 12 months.
- For all other cancellations, we retain 20%, unless the booking is transferred to a later date.
